RJ is the Managing Partner and a Founding Partner for Forte. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Forte and its overall performance.
Prior to Forte, RJ was the Founder and President of Gallagher Sharp West (GSW) in Aspen, Colorado, from 1991 until 2009, when GSW became Forte. GSW was a pioneering organization, implementing successful marketing, sales, communications, and design programs for high-end real estate projects and select clients in the resort, entertainment, hospitality, and travel industries. During that time, GSW provided services for some of the finest projects throughout the United States and Mexico, generating over $14 billion in sales revenues. GSW also provided services within the entertainment, resort, luxury hospitality, and professional sports franchise industries on a global level.
Prior to GSW, RJ worked in the broadcast industry as the General Manager of progressive and award-winning radio and television stations, which were eventually sold to a major North American cable company. In addition to his broadcast background, RJ served as the Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Newfield Enterprises International, a developer and owner of fine hotels, resorts, and residential developments worldwide, including several Ritz-Carlton Hotels in New York, Houston, Washington, D.C., and Aspen. RJ was also the Founder and a Board Member of a startup commuter airline that served the Aspen market from Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, and Denver.
RJ has served on a variety of Boards, including the Aspen Community Foundation and the Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club. RJ attended the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Finance.

Steve Laver is a Co-Founder of Forte and leads its client financing strategies and international assignments.
Steve’s career has been in real estate development, operations, and sales and investment strategies, in the United States, Canada, and fifteen other countries. Steve was a national partner of Trammell Crow Company in the early 1990s, Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Properties, and the first President of its facilities management business (now BrookfieldGIS). Steve was also Chief Operating Officer and a founding Partner of Bentall Capital (now Bentall Kennedy).
Since 2004, Steve has operated and led several companies in the lifestyle real estate sector. He was President of Intrawest’s luxury Residence Club division, where he developed and sold successful resort projects in Whistler, Snowmass, Lake Tahoe, and Mt. Tremblant. Steve was also President of the global sales and marketing firm Playground, where his teams sold over $4 billion of real estate in 15 countries. He was an owner and Chief Operating Officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, building it into the largest franchise for that brand prior to selling the business in 2014. Laver was a senior officer of Montreal-based Dundee 360 and continues to provide services to that firm on its holdings in Europe.
Steve attended Principia College and Harvard Business School and has been an active participant and speaker in industry trade associations in both the US and Canada. He is based in Forte’s Manhattan Beach, California office.

As Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Forte, Reilly is responsible for account and project management, marketing and sales initiatives, communications programs, and media relations. She handles business development, preparing strategies and budgets, and creating innovative marketing support programs to achieve the overall objectives of Forte’s clients and projects. In other words, she is tasked with flawlessly and seamlessly managing the “whatever it takes” process of the Forte Client relationship.
Prior to Forte, Reilly held a position at 21st Century Fox as a Publicity Coordinator based in Los Angeles. Her responsibilities included the execution of publicity events and the development of creative marketing campaigns for Fox Domestic Theatrical & DreamWorks Animation films. With her Fox team, she coordinated global press junkets and press tours for the studio’s movie releases, along with handling film festival and all “Con-related” efforts.
Prior to Fox, Reilly was with ICM Partners in LA working in branded promotions and endorsements. Prior to ICM, Reilly worked in New York City for the Greenhouse Group as the Marketing, Public Relations, and Special Events Coordinator for various clients including the Clinton Global Initiative, Manhattan Capital Sports, Il Mulino USA, and Greenhouse Spa.
Reilly loves to work in the fast lane and aims to positively influence and inspire others through actions and leadership. She is detail-oriented, resourceful, determined, and passionate about her chosen profession. She is fluent in Spanish, a marathon runner, and an active community volunteer. A former Aspen High School ice hockey team captain, her team won five state championships, and she was a high school tennis regional champion.
Reilly graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2009 with a BA in Political Science and Spanish. In June 2016, she earned her MBA, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. She serves as a Daniels College of Business panelist and a consultant for several companies in the areas of publicity, events, and partnerships.

Jenna is a Partner in Forte and the Lead Designer, heading the design team for all Forte clients. Jenna has been a part of Forte since its inception, after joining Gallagher Sharp West in 2007.
Jenna has worked in the design, marketing, and communications industry for nearly 20 years, during which time she has garnered acclaim and won awards for design and advertising. Prior to her time with Forte and GSW, she worked in both the advertising and editorial sides at various media outlets, managing the rebranding efforts for several publications. Jenna graduated with honors from the School of Design at Platt and holds a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication.
A Colorado native, Jenna has been a resident of Aspen for the last 13 years and has lived in a ski town her entire adult life. Jenna loves the vibe, amazing vistas, and incredible people of the Roaring Fork Valley. She is passionate about art, photography, and design and is also an avid reader and traveler.

Erin is a Partner in Forte and the acting Managing Broker for the real estate division of Forte and its Colorado-based projects.
Her scope of responsibilities includes the oversight and management of all real estate transaction records, earnest money, and trust accounts, as well as handling industry and commission compliance of all Forte-licensed Real Estate Sales Associates. Erin also works in unison with the Partners of Forte in evaluating potential development opportunities, conducting preliminary business discussions, assessing project feasibility, and supervising residential project design and marketing programs.
Erin has worked in unison with Forte for the past decade as the Director of Sales for the Residences at The Little Nell (RLN) in Aspen. RLN is recognized as the world leader in the Private Residence Club industry, topping over $400 million in gross sales revenue. RLN shattered Aspen’s per square foot real estate pricing thresholds, achieving over $5,000 per square foot on developer inventory. RLN developer inventory is sold out, with 156 Three-Bedroom and 56 Four-Bedroom interests closed. Erin and Forte have also managed over 40 resales in the past four years for gross sales of over $40 million.
Erin is the Forte Managing Broker for the Aspen Club Residences and conducts ongoing resales at the Residences at The Little Nell.
